D2B in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to placement, targeting monthly targets while maintaining a healthy talent pipeline. This 100% remote contractor role requires 2-3+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and experience with client-facing operations.

You will source via multiple platforms, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to move roles forward.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in client-facing recruitment roles.
• Ability to place multiple candidates monthly across roles.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build a robust pipeline.
• Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients.
• Prepare candidate profiles and references.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide progress updates and reports to clients.
