Job summary

D2B is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring remotely for the Philippines market. You will source, screen, and place candidates while coordinating with client partners and internal teams.

The role targets multiple placements monthly with a focus on maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in recruitment, strong interviewing skills, and experience with CRM/ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Must have client-facing experience as a recruiter
• Able to place at least 4-5 candidates in a month
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Office 365 or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a remote contractor setup

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms to build a robust pipeline
• Pre-screening resumes and conducting phone screens to assess fit
• Conduct internal assessments and initial interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and communicate with clients
• Define job descriptions and document specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for Recruitment Managers
• Maintain ongoing candidate engagement and provide timely updates to applicants
• Build long-term relationships with clients and present shortlisted candidates
