Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Business Development Specialist (Recruitment) for an AU client. Based remotely in the Philippines, you will be hired directly by the client as an independent contractor.

The role focuses on new business development (about 80%) and recruitment delivery (about 20%), with AU market exposure and flexible time management within AU business hours. You will identify companies with recruitment needs, engage decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls, and convert opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B business development or sales experience in recruitment or related fields.
Proven ability to generate new business and book meetings with senior decision-makers.
Experience selling into the Australian market is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and target companies with recruitment needs and generate new business.
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, networking.
Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and convert prospects into clients.
Manage recruitment delivery with automated sourcing and screening processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track activity.
