Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for senior developers and other technical roles across our brands. This fully remote role requires coordinating sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews with engineering leads.

You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with People and Development teams. Strong communication and Boolean/sourcing tool skills are essential for improving candidate experience and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps).
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Identify and engage passive senior-level developers.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with engineering leads.
• Track candidates and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
• Educate hiring managers on structured interviews and best practices.
