Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Manager to run our operations and lead the team through its day-to-day work. You will manage the Sales team, partner with the Executive Assistant, and ensure daily priorities are carried out smoothly.

We seek a confident leader who can introduce structure, accountability, and consistency to a growing team. You will supervise the team's daily operations, guide and support sales performance, align with executive priorities, and provide direct updates

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing a team (sales preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent ability to organize and prioritize.
• Conscientious, thorough, and able to self-manage.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team's daily operations so tasks and priorities stay on track.

• Pinpoint bottlenecks or inefficiencies and put forward solutions.
