Hireframe seeks an attentive operations professional to power a fast-paced digital talent management pod. You will handle brand sourcing, outreach, deal tracking, contract redlining, and scheduling, embedded in a cross-functional team with hands-on direction.

This remote, full-time role suits a calm, highly organized communicator who thrives under pressure and loves flawless execution. You will work mainly with a pod member and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and client

Qualifications

• Must be able to move quickly and stay responsive in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional written communication with strong grammar and concise messaging.
• Organized, process-driven and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping details.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to solve problems independently.
• Calm under pressure and even-tempered when things go sideways.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Responsibilities

• Brand sourcing & outreach management, including outbound emails and follow-ups.
• Manage contract workflows: redlining, version tracking, and coordination with legal reviewers.
• Track brand campaigns, deliverables, invoicing, and deal status in CRM/DBs.
• Schedule creator calls, meetings, and internal pod syncs; manage inbox and templates.
• Maintain content calendars, upload scheduling, and generate status reports.
• Pull social analytics and maintain creator profiles and deal trackers.
