Responsibilities

• Keep the team's daily operations on course, making sure tasks and priorities are met.
• Lead and coach the Sales team, including tracking performance and upholding accountability.
• Work closely with the Executive Assistant to sync priorities and workflows.
• Report to the business owner directly on how the team is performing and progressing.
• Detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend fixes.
• Lay out clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members.

• Resolve day-to-day issues yourself so the business owner is freed from them.
