Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience sourcing for Operations, professional, IT or sales roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leverages channels and tools to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Interviews applicants to validate experience, education, skills and salary requirements.
• Summarizes candidate information from phone screens and recommends qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and coordinates activity with stakeholders.
• Provides data-driven updates to HR leadership on recruiting progress.
