Job summary

ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation in Capiz, Philippines is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive technical hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, and related roles onsite.

The role requires experience across sourcing channels, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and the ability to build durable candidate networks while collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical recruiting and handling positions like software engineers, data scientist, and IT professionals.
• Solid knowledge of a range of technical fields (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity).
• Good and effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Experience across multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in creating reports and using MS Office.
• Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays) and onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding endorsement.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates on technical abilities, experience, and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical functions.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and hiring discussions with stakeholders.
• Promote employer brand and maintain candidate engagement throughout recruitment.
• Build relationships with active and passive candidates to sustain a talent network.
• Proficient in technical fields such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide progress reports.
• Uphold company values and serve as a role model within the team.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs.
