Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing in the Philippines to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates. You will partner with Recruiters to build sourcing strategies, pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates for open roles.

This role emphasizes proactive candidate sourcing, market research, and maintaining accurate recruitment data while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience in accounting/professional services recruiting preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Identify passive candidates using Boolean searches and market mapping.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in career opportunities.
• Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters within SLAs.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitor information to support recruitment planning.
• Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing progress, and key sourcing metrics.
• Stay current with labor market trends, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline quality.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through sourcing campaigns and networking activities.
