Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATSs and HR software is preferred.
• Experience using social networks and resume databases is beneficial.
• Knowledge of labor laws and professional email writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use social media networks to locate and connect with potential candidates.
• Review portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks.
• Contact past applicants for new opportunities.
• Develop a network of candidates and industry professionals.
• Log candidate information in ATS and internal databases.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source hires.
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics like source of hire.
