Cullerton Group seeks a detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support IT and Engineering recruitment for a Philippines-based remote team. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, shortlisting, and pipeline management.

You will engage candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with recruiters to meet hiring priorities. This is a full-time remote role with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support (IT/Engineering focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & shortlisting IT and Engineering candidates.
• Identify and engage candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and ATS.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines in ATS.
• Prepare candidate submissions ensuring formatting and client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements.
• Provide updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
