Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and high-volume roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for virtual assistant, BPO, or healthcare roles for U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage talent pipelines for VA roles across healthcare specializations.
• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and remote-work readiness.
• Coordinate interviews and placements across internal stakeholders and time zones.
• Onboard new VAs and prepare new-hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and oversee vendor relationships and recruitment tools.
