Qualifications

• 3–4 years total work experience in recruitment or recruitment support.
• At least 2 years in end-to-end recruitment or VA recruitment support.
• Experience recruiting for US-based clients in SaaS/Marketing/IT.

Responsibilities

• Source and research candidates for US market roles in SaaS, Marketing, and IT.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping.
• Keep Recruit CRM accurate for candidates, roles, and pipelines.
• Prepare and format candidate shortlists and summaries for the team.
• Join client intake calls as note-taker, support the team, not leading calls.
• Handle documentation, process notes, and recruitment admin.
• Coordinate with US and international time zones.
• Support ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Lead.
