Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Location:
Philippines (Remote)
Schedule:
US Business Hours | Night shift
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, assessing, and placing qualified Virtual Assistants (VAs) with MEDVA’s U.S.-based healthcare clients, while ensuring a positive, compliant, and efficient experience for every candidate. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is the primary point of contact for candidates from first outreach through onboarding. It works closely with Recruiters, Pod Team Leads, Client Success, and hiring stakeholders to keep MEDVA’s talent pools ready for current and future client demand.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle role that combines proactive sourcing and talent pooling with day-to-day recruitment execution. The TA Specialist will source and screen candidates across multiple channels; review assessments and conduct preliminary interviews; run pre-interview debriefs to prepare candidates for client interviews; coordinate scheduling and placement; and support new VAs through onboarding. The role also maintains accurate candidate records, prepares new-hire documentation, and helps manage the job boards, sourcing platforms, and assessment of vendors that support recruitment activity.
This is a fully remote Philippines-based position. The role requires availability during U.S. business hours as needed to support client interviews and placement timelines, and flexibility for occasional early or late calls. Occasional participation in career fairs and recruitment events may be required.
