Job summary

MEDvidi is a fully remote role based in EU, coordinating with US EST hours, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full lifecycle for clinical and operational roles in the United States healthcare market.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles, collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs while ensuring compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including work for U.S.-based businesses.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours, remote, ideally based in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market.
