Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment process, taking in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, holding interviews, and helping select top talent.
• Take on administrative duties such as setting meetings, keeping employee records current, and running internal communications.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, coordinating projects, drawing up reports, and arranging team activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR tasks to keep operations smooth.
• Speak with clients about active hiring processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business operations and employee relations.
