Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You’ll partner with our Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams to source, screen, and hire for US openings, with US hours (10 p.m.–7 a.m.

Philippines time) to align with hiring managers. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, track activity in Ashby, define hiring needs, build sourcing strategies for passive candidates, and lead offers and closes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Ashby.
• Recruiting for US roles, ideally from APAC/EMEABe comfortable US hours.
• Sourcing passive candidates with creative strategies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, duties, and qualifications.
