Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support APAC hiring with a strong focus on the Philippines. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market, Technical, Cybersecurity, Finance and Customer Support roles, partnering with business leaders to build world-class teams.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and requires overlapping hours with Eastern Time. This is a remote, full-time position with no direct reports and a strong emphasis on candidate experience

Qualifications

• Candidates must have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for GTM, technical, cybersecurity, finance and customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of APAC hiring markets, especially the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market, Technical, Cybersecurity, Finance and Customer Support/Success.
• Lead hiring efforts across APAC with a focus on the Philippines.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines using multiple channels.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Collaborate with global recruiting teams to drive consistency and share best practices.
