Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle recruitment for US openings from the Philippines. You will partner with multiple teams, manage candidates in Ashby, and ensure strong hires while aligning with US business hours.

The role is fully remote based in the Philippines with nightly US time overlap and cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

Four+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience with ATS, ideally Ashby.
Experience recruiting for US roles, ideally while in APAC/EMEA.
Comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers.
Source passive candidates with creative strategies and channels.
Use AI tools to source, screen, and write outreach.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby.
Define hiring needs, duties, qualifications and skills with managers.
Build sourcing strategies for each role, focusing on passive candidates.
Screen and interview candidates and refer top fits to managers.
Make offers and advise on compensation with managers.
Take on other work-related duties as assigned.
