Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, screen, and hire top talent for US openings while operating remotely from the Philippines. This role requires coordinating with US-based managers and aligning on hiring priorities during US business hours.

You’ll manage full lifecycle recruiting, leverage Ashby ATS, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to bring in passive candidates, with a focus on integrity, communication, and timely offers.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience requested.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Ashby.
• Recruiting for US roles, ideally from APAC/EMEA.
• Comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby, our ATS.
• Work with hiring managers to define hiring needs, duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Build sourcing strategies for every role, focusing on passive candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates, then refer the strongest to hiring managers.
• Hire the right candidates, not just fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on offers, including compensation recommendations, approvals, and closing candidates.
• Take on other work-related duties as assigned.
