Job summary

Compass Experience Labs is seeking a Recruiter/TA Lead to partner with business leaders and HR to forecast workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning to onboarding—while advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and recruitment performance.

The role requires strong account management, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume or complex hiring.
• Experience in Recruitment Lead, TA Partner, Account Recruitment, BPO, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience and ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and hiring priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Lead recruitment kick-off meetings and establish clear hiring requirements and success profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity, volume, location, and market.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, talent communities, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, and selection processes.
• Lead offer management and support hiring managers through final selection and offer negotiation.
• Partner with HR and Operations to ensure a seamless pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
