The role combines strong analytical expertise with knowledge of recruitment metrics, funnel management, and forecasting for staffing needs. You will partner with TA, Operations, and Leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical expertise and deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Experience with ATS data integrity and reporting.
• Proven ability to forecast headcount and build predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards tracking KPIs like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate.
• Workforce Planning & Forecasting: Forecast headcount and model hiring volume and attrition impact.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes using analytics.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Present insights to Talent Acquisition leaders and governance teams.
• Technology & Systems Management: Optimize ATS usage and collaborate with IT for enhancements.
