This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Operations and Leadership to translate data into actionable insights that improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, cost management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop dashboards tracking core KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
• Provide regular hiring performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity across ATS and HR systems.
• Collaborate with TA, Ops, and leadership to forecast headcount.
