Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Associate, People Solutions to evaluate, analyze, and administer Human Resources programs while collaborating with key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management; handling day-to-day employee concerns; maintaining HR data; and supporting HR Partners with labor-related cases while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and under-pressure performance.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and administer HR programs and align with business objectives.
• Assist with employee engagement, compensation/benefits, talent and performance management.
• Receive and respond to day-to-day employee concerns; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to aid management decisions.
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using HRIS; ensure policy and local laws compliance.
