Job summary

Green Ocean Property Management seeks a Support Coordinator to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will answer calls from residents and owners, log requests, and ensure tasks are completed while coordinating with our Boston office during US business hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to work the US Eastern night shift from PH. A stable home setup is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English for US callers.
• 2+ years in customer support, BPO, or property management.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls start to finish with residents, owners, and trustees.
• Log maintenance requests accurately and route to the right coordinator or vendor.
• Keep property, unit, and contact records current in systems.
• Manage a shared inbox: respond, follow up, and close out.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and confirm work occurred.
• Follow up on open items to prevent delays.
• Escalate emergencies immediately per protocol.
• Flag recurring problems to the manager.
