Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR, HR administration or related field.
2+ years of experience supporting US-based or global clients/teams.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with HRIS, project management, or documentation tools preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
Ability to work within standard hours: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
Track HR compliance requirements, projects, deadlines, and action items.
Assist with maintaining HR policies, employee handbook materials, SOPs, and documentation.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, trackers, and communications.
Coordinate HR meetings, town halls, and internal events.
Maintain organized HR files and shared documentation.
Support HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative activities.
Coordinate with US-based and global stakeholders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Perform other HR support duties as assigned.
