Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a NOC Support Technician to deliver help desk services, assist with user systems, and support hardware and software installation and configuration. This entry-to-mid level role requires collaboration across departments and vendors to schedule maintenances in a 24/7 environment.

Work from home with a night shift (Mon–Fri, 10 PM–7 AM Manila time) and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012-2019.
• Windows Server configuration and server application support – minimum 2 years.
• Windows 10 – minimum 4 years hands-on experience.
• On-premise Active Directory, DNS and DHCP – minimum 1 year.
• O365 Email and Active Directory – minimum 1 year.
• Configuration of Windows server and application troubleshooting – minimum 2 years.
• Monitoring and alerting – minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk services and customer support to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Use tracking software to log and manage calls and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and other teams for maintenance.
• Ensure timely communication with users and proper documentation.
