Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a NOC Support Technician to provide help desk services and reliable customer support from a home-based setting. You will work 10 PM–7 AM Manila time, handle hardware/software provisioning and configurations, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain 24/7 system availability.

The role requires knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Office 365, with a focus on timely issue resolution and clear communication with users.

Qualifications

• Provide help desk support and customer service in a 24x7 NOC environment.
