Job summary

Decolure, a US-based e-commerce company, seeks a hands-on logistics leader to own supply chain operations, drive efficiency, cost control, and resilience. The role focuses on reducing storage and freight costs, strengthening supplier relationships, and formalising 3PL strategy while consolidating China-based supplier management.

You will oversee forecasting, inbound planning, and end-to-end PO lifecycle, building scalable processes and dashboards to enable the team to run independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years owning outcomes in a leadership or senior IC role.
• Hands-on Amazon FBA experience, including storage, surcharges, inbound planning, placement, and structures.
• Strong landed-cost and financial analysis skills, with the ability to model FOB, freight, and duty.
• Direct experience managing China-based suppliers and China-U.S. ocean freight, including FCL and LCL.
• Experience managing a 3PL relationship end to end.

Responsibilities

• Establish inventory targets, safety stock, and forecasting across SKU tiers.
• Keep hero SKUs within target supply levels and optimize sell-through.
• Build cross-functional forecasts incorporating PPC, promotions, seasonality, and channel demand.
• Build and own the supply chain function from the ground up.
• Manage China-based suppliers and the full PO lifecycle from production through receiving.
• Implement supplier scorecards, freight optimisation, and end-to-end COGS tracking.
• Establish 3PL service levels, optimise inbound shipments, and reduce placement costs.
• Build reimbursement recovery processes and use 3PL capacity as a buffer for demand spikes and disruptions.
• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce storage, freight, duty, and overall supply chain costs.
• Establish clear processes and controls for ongoing cost and storage management.
• Lead and develop the Logistics Analyst while building out the function.
• Create SOPs, operating cadences, and scalable processes that allow the department to run independently.
