You will drive cost optimization, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement with 12–15 years of relevant experience.

Lead multiple warehouses, manage 3PL partners, staff, and budgets, while forging strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring safe, compliant operations in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Significant exposure to 3PL and contract logistics environments.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing and transportation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business needs.
• Monitor performance against SLA, KPI, OTIF, cost, and service targets.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements without sacrificing service.
• Lead vendor and customer reviews, and manage budgets and P&L oversight.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across locations.
