Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to guide a department aligned with our corporate goals. You will lead talent acquisition, set performance expectations, and drive the operational strategy across logistics and transport functions.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in supply chain and transport logistics, with at least 5 years in senior management, and demonstrates strategic planning, leadership, and excellent communication skills to develop and sustain

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant field preferred.
• 10–15 years in supply chain and transport logistics.
• Minimum 5 years in upper management.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Time management and coaching skills.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops department goals and objectives aligned to the organization needs.
• Coordinate with Human Resource in the acquisition of talent in the department.
• Provide direction to the employees in accordance to the organization and the department’s policies & procedures.
• Delegates to the team their respective roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Sets meetings to review & monitor team performance.
• Sets coaching sessions to the team members.
• Develops Career Development Plan to identified high potential team members.
• Creates succession plan for the department.
• Conducts performance appraisal of team members.
• Preparing, managing and communicating the operational strategy in support of the overarching company strategy.
• Reviewing, developing and measuring key metrics for the operation.
• Ensuring continuous delivery of services through management of service level agreements with end users and monitoring performance.
