Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations (Pharma vertical) in India. You will manage end-to-end 3PL/contract logistics operations for Pharma/MedTech customers, ensuring compliance, productivity and service levels across warehousing, inventory and distribution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, drive cost improvements and work with Quality, Compliance and customer teams to manage audits and deviations.

Qualifications

• MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or operations in India.
• Strong experience in 3PL / contract logistics.
• Pharma/MedTech customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 3PL/contract logistics operations across assigned customer accounts.
• Ensure warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, distribution and transportation activities meet SLAs.
• Translate customer requirements into effective operational plans.
• Drive productivity, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships and conduct performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality, compliance, audits and corrective actions with Quality/Compliance teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and IT to support new implementations and transitions.
• Lead teams, develop capability and manage workforce planning.
