Job summary

EAK Distribution is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to design and scale the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure as the company grows from ~$20M to $100M+ in revenue. You will own raw material procurement, vendor management, production coordination, inventory planning, and multi-channel fulfillment including Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and retail dropship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, with senior-level experience.
• Experience scaling supply chain infrastructure from ~$20M to $100M+ revenue.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chains across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
• Experience selecting and implementing ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for 600+ SKUs within two years across multiple channels.
• Own procurement, vendor relationships, and international supplier coordination.
• Oversee ERP evaluation, data migration, workflow configuration, and go-live.
• Manage supply chain budget, cost controls, and KPI reporting to leadership.
