Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Global Operations Manager of Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics to own the global 3PL network and oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You will optimize supply chain performance, manage strategic logistics partners, and drive cost savings while maintaining world-class service levels.

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
5+ years managing 3PL partnerships.
Experience across APAC/EMEA/AMER regions and international supply chains.

Responsibilities

Own and manage strategic partnerships with global 3PL providers.
Oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics across regions.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Develop and monitor KPIs: freight costs, inventory, fill rates, on-time delivery.
Lead implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, ERP integrations.
