Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to support daily supply chain, inventory, and customer operations from a work-from-home setup in a day shift. You will ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventory data, monitor delivery performance, and provide administrative support across supply chain functions.

Collaborate with customer service, demand planning, and logistics to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Admin.
• Experience processing sales orders or supporting customer service in an ERP system.
• Experience using Cin7 or similar ERP/inventory/warehouse system.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review POD documents, investigate discrepancies.
• Update pricing files in Cin7 or inventory system.
• Process and validate customer sales orders accurately.
• Provide admin support to Demand Planner and data maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain DIFOT reports to monitor performance.
• Support inventory, order, and operational reporting in Excel.
• Maintain records across ERP and inventory systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support AI tools adoption to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation.
