Job summary

Remote Staff, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inventory & Supply Planner to work from home, with a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule aligned to EST or PST. This role focuses on optimizing stock levels and coordinating with warehouses and suppliers for timely product availability.

You will monitor inventory, perform demand forecasting, manage purchasing, and generate dashboards to inform operations and promotions. Collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience is essential to align

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: monitor daily inventory levels across products and warehouses; track movements and maintain reports; identify stock discrepancies or risks.
• Demand Planning & Forecasting: develop and maintain demand forecasts; ensure data accuracy; prepare inventory planning reports.
• Purchasing & Supply Planning: support PO planning and replenishment; track orders and communicate delays; monitor supplier lead times and schedules.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: maintain dashboards and reports; validate data; analyze inventory metrics; prepare ad hoc analyses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align inventories with business needs.
