MicroSourcing is hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to support daily supply chain, inventory, and customer operations from a work-from-home setup in a day shift. You will ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventory data, monitor delivery performance, and provide administrative support across supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Admin.
• Experience processing sales orders or supporting customer service in an ERP system.
• Experience using Cin7 or similar ERP/inventory/warehouse system.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review POD documents, investigate discrepancies.

Your Role

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will support daily supply chain, inventory, and customer operations by ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining inventory data, monitoring delivery performance, and providing administrative support across the supply chain function. You will work closely with customer service, demand planning, and logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvements.

Specifically, You Will

• Review and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, investigating and reporting any delivery discrepancies or variances.
• Update and maintain pricing files within Cin7 or the company's inventory management system.
• Support the Customer Service team by processing and validating customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the Demand Planner, including data maintenance, reporting, and inventory-related tasks.
• Prepare and maintain DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) reports to monitor supply chain performance.
• Assist with inventory, order, and operational reporting using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate records across ERP and inventory management systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, and delivery-related issues.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools and automation initiatives to improve supply chain processes and administrative efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Administration role.
• Experience processing sales orders or supporting customer service within an order management or ERP system.
• Experience using Cin7 or a similar ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management system.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience preparing supply chain performance reports, including DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) metrics.
• Familiarity with inventory control, demand planning, and logistics operations.
• Experience supporting pricing updates and inventory data maintenance.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across customer service, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
