Job summary

Keywords Studios Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Subtitling Resource Coordinator to support global subtitling projects in media and entertainment. You will source, onboard, and coordinate freelance linguists and QA specialists for film, TV, and streaming content.

Reporting to the Resource Management Specialist, you’ll help test workflows, track availability, and maintain records across internal tools. Strong English skills and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in resource coordination, vendor management, or localization operations.
• Experience in subtitling, audiovisual translation, or media localization is preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, ERP systems, and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of freelance linguists, editors, and QA specialists across languages.
• Manage project staffing based on language needs and performance history to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain qualification, availability, and onboarding records in internal systems and generate reports.
