Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a detail-oriented Subtitling Resource Coordinator in a remote-capable role based in the Philippines. You will support resource onboarding, track language talent performance, and coordinate with project managers for timely subtitling deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in localization ops, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP/ATS tools. The role offers growth within a diverse media localization environment and flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in resource coordination or localization operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for freelance linguists.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, ERP systems and ATS.
• Strong written and verbal English; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with subtitling tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resource Coordination & Onboarding: identify, recruit, and onboard freelance linguists, editors, QA specialists.
• Coordinate testing and evaluation workflows with stakeholders and language leads.
• Maintain records of qualifications, availability, and onboarding in internal systems.
• Project Support: assign resources to subtitling projects by language needs and performance history.
• Track schedules and ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Liaise between linguists and project managers for smooth task assignments.
• Database & Reporting: update rate cards, availability logs, performance data, recruitment pipelines.
• Generate resource utilization and performance reports as requested.
• Vendor Relations: communicate with freelancers on scheduling, onboarding and inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with high-performing language specialists.
