Job summary

Localizationacademy is hiring to join an international media localization team in the Philippines. The role focuses on coordinating subtitling assignments, monitoring vendor submissions, and delivering high-quality, timely subtitled content to clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has related education in media/communication, fluent in English and Polish, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent in English and Polish written and spoken
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can also work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and databases

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subtitling assignments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor vendor submissions and follow up on delayed files
• Perform quality checks and prepare final deliverables
• Coordinate with Client Managers, Language Teams, GTS Support, and Finance
• Support team members and provide workflow training/back-up when needed
