Job summary

Alexander College in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing and Enrollment Officer to support international student recruitment and enrollment. You will follow up with organic leads and build relationships with prospective students, families, agents and partners throughout the enrollment journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in student recruitment, admissions or related role.
• Postsecondary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Professional spoken English is mandatory, with strong written English.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing high lead volumes with a CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and communication tools.
• Based in the Philippines; remote work allowed within the country.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on organic inquiries and leads via CRM and approved channels using phone, email and messaging tools.
• Understand applicants’ goals, intake, timing, budget and English-language readiness; provide accurate information about Alexander College programs and admission requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and re-engage prospects who have not completed the next step.
• Support students and agents with incomplete applications, offers, deposits, registrations and intake prep, coordinating with Admissions, Finance and Student Services.
• Maintain relationships with education agents and partners; support webinars, recruitment fairs and outreach activities.
• Keep accurate CRM records of contact attempts, conversations, next steps and pipeline stages; report activity and market feedback.
• Work toward recruitment and conversion targets set by management with accurate, student-centered communication.
• Follow privacy, consent, opt-out and information-security requirements; escalate complaints, suspected fraud and inaccurate AI-generated information.
• Do not promise admission, immigration outcomes, university transfer, scholarships or employment outcomes.
