Job summary

Hunt St seeks a Marketing Manager for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will lead a marketing team, shape strategy, manage digital campaigns, and leverage HubSpot to nurture leads from enquiry to enrolment. The role collaborates with Recruitment and Admissions to support student growth and engages with international agents.

You will oversee branding, content, social media, events and communications for domestic and international markets, with KPIs set annually.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline is desirable.
• Strong digital marketing, lead generation and conversion expertise.
• Advanced HubSpot CRM and marketing automation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team and oversee the delivery of marketing activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the business, recruitment and retention objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, calendar, priorities and resources.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Report marketing performance and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead digital marketing across SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email and other channels.
• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for marketing and lead management.
• Develop automated lead nurturing and prospective student journeys from enquiry through to application and enrolment.
• Manage workflows, segmentation, email campaigns, forms, landing pages and CRM data quality.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion and ROI through HubSpot and analytics platforms.
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns and digital activity.
• Manage the client’s brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee website marketing content, social media, email communications and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate content creation, campaigns, photography and other promotional activities.
• Ensure marketing communications are appropriate for domestic and international audiences.
• Develop campaigns that generate qualified domestic and international student leads.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Admissions to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
• Support international recruitment with marketing materials and country-specific campaigns.
• Develop marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement with education agents.
• Apply a market-specific approach across countries as needed.
• Develop marketing initiatives that support student engagement and retention.
• Engage with students and Alumni to strengthen the brand and community.
• Plan and support orientations, conversion events, agent training, workshops and other activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
• Present detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a structured marketing calendar for timely execution.
