Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and admissions services to achieve enrollment targets.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment projects and events, ensuring policy alignment.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused service to applicants and enquirers.
• Represent AIM at on- and off-campus recruitment events.
• Coordinate with programs, external partners, and alumni for recruitment.
• Manage recruitment data in the CRM and support data accuracy.
