Job summary

Acumen, part of Sannam S4 Group, in the Philippines, is hiring a Student Recruitment Manager to support an Australian education client. You will work with recruitment agents, represent the institution at events, and counsel prospective students to grow admissions across Southeast Asia.

Your role includes planning activities to meet targets, sharing market intelligence, and working with International Admissions to ensure ESOS compliance and strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with international education recruitment or sales experience.
• Experience meeting/exceeding targets in education recruitment is preferred.
• Understanding of enquiry handling, admissions and immigration issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities to meet annual targets for the Philippines and SEA.
• Represent the institution at recruitment events and with agents.
• Counsel prospective students to support their study journey and admissions.
• Collaborate with International Admissions to comply with policies and ESOS code.
• Support regional planning, reporting and stakeholder relationship management.
