• Confident to conduct video and voice calls with students and families.
• Meticulous when updating student records and databases.
• Fast typing: minimum 65 WPM with high accuracy.
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Patient, accountable and detail-focused; capable of consistent routine follow-up work.

Responsibilities

• Run Zoom onboarding sessions for newly enrolled students to explain programme arrangements.
• Conduct periodic check-ins to monitor portfolio building and application readiness.
• Respond promptly to daily written enquiries from students and parents with professional support.
• Coordinate with tutors and operations teams for learning resources, interview training and student development.
• Sustain ongoing student engagement and uphold our service quality standards.
• Maintain precise student profiles, progress logs and CRM database entries.
