Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web forms.
• Follow up to nurture leads and encourage enrollment.
• Schedule campus tours with school administrators and on-site teams.
• Guide families through enrollment, explaining programs, tuition, and policies.
