Join our expanding education team as a Student Admissions Coordinator. This fully remote role supports applicants targeting competitive international medicine, dentistry and veterinary degrees. We welcome candidates based in Hong Kong; backgrounds in healthcare, teaching or overseas admissions consulting are advantageous. You will enjoy working with students and parents, delivering tailored guidance within a collaborative, student-centric team.
You are the primary contact to oversee the end-to-end student admission journey. You will onboard new intakes, track application milestones, maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high satisfaction during university preparation.
Run Zoom onboarding sessions for newly enrolled students to explain programme arrangements.
Conduct periodic check-ins to monitor portfolio building and application readiness.
Respond promptly to daily written enquiries from students and parents with professional support.
Coordinate with tutors and operations teams for learning resources, interview training and student development.
Sustain ongoing student engagement and uphold our service quality standards.
Maintain precise student profiles, progress logs and CRM database entries.

Work setup: 100% remote home-based
Contract type: Full-time
Shift: Rotating roster, weekend work required (weekday rest can be arranged)
Work schedule options: 9 hours × 5 days / 8 hours × 6 days weekly
Training phase: 6 working days per week; 5-day schedule available post-probation
Excellent spoken and written English. Cantonese speakers strongly preferred for local parent communication.
Reliable internet and quiet dedicated home workspace with no background noise.
Confident to conduct video and voice calls with students and families.
Meticulous when updating student records and databases.
Fast typing: minimum 65 WPM with high accuracy.
