Job summary

Talent Global LLC is seeking a Partnerships Associate for a hybrid sales and operations role. You will own the full partner lifecycle—from identifying partners to closing agreements and ongoing delivery—and will travel to the US at least three times per year.

You will lead outreach, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and event partnerships, while managing contracts, onboarding, and partner data. Strong English, CRM/PM tools, and AI tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, sales, BD, or related operations roles.
• Ability to own both outreach/sales and execution of deliverables.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools listed above.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft communications and synthesize content.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new partners across affiliates, SaaS tools, and sponsors.
• Own partner outreach from first contact to signed agreement and follow-up.
• Support sponsorships, affiliate programs, and event partnership packages.
• Manage contract lifecycle via Sign Now, including sending and auditing agreements.
• Execute partner onboarding and maintain asset databases and offers.
• Oversee affiliate partnerships end to end with tracking links and commissions.
• Coordinate deliverables across events and campaigns with internal teams.
• Maintain the partner database and app-facing partner page for accuracy.
• Distribute weekly Partners Newsletter every Tuesday.
• Produce AI-powered community insight summaries from discussions.
• Represent the company in US-based events at least three times yearly.
