Exponent seeks a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, develop and execute partnerships that advance growth objectives for the company. You will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Marketing to convert opportunities into value.

The role blends business development, strategy, and program execution, requiring strong relationship building with external partners and internal teams in a fast-paced EV energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Program Management, Corporate Development or related roles.
• B.E./B.Tech with MBA from a reputed school.
• Experience managing external partnerships and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to evaluate opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential strategic partners across OEMs, fleet operators, and other ecosystems.
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners and drive opportunities from engagement through execution.
• Support development of partnership models, proposals and business cases.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners with leadership.
• Own end-to-end execution of strategic partnership initiatives with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of commitments.
• Drive governance meetings and track key actions and deliverables.
• Identify risks and proactively drive resolution.
